

Panthers Raise Over $400 for Bundles of Hope!
We had a fantastic time last night as we were out on Highway 280 in front of the Super Target helping out Bundles of Hope Diaper Bank and their Stuff the Bus campaign! While we were out there, we brought in around 300 diapers and collected over $400! Autism Awareness Night is November 20th!
We are really looking forward to hosting an Autisim Awareness night with the Austism Soceity of Alabama this Thursday night at 7 PM as the Panthers take on in-state foe Huntingdon College! The ASA will also be selling t-shirts at the game for $10 with the proceeds going to the ASA! Panthers Visit Tarrant Intermediate School
A few Panthers went over to visit Tarrant Intermediate School last Friday! We had a blast! We spoke about working hard and making wise choices, then we had a some Q and A. Next, we put on a skills demonstration followed by shooting games with some of the students! Panthers Build Home with Habitat for Humanity
Our guys volunteered their Saturday after practice to go work with Habitat for Humanity on a few homes down in Calera! Our guys really worked hard and stepped oustide of their comfort zone by doing things many of them had never done before like install windows, siding and using a nail gun (which made us coaches a little nervous)! Panthers Buddy Up for Special Olymics
The Panthers buddied up with some amazing young people from Cherokee Bend Elementary School for the Special Olympics! We had a fabulous time and one of the boys even qualififed for State! Way to go Cherokee Bend! #panthersinthecommunity #thisispantherbasketball


Panthers Visit Brock's Gap Intermediate
Last week, the Panthers had the pleasure to visit Brock's Gap Intermediate School in Hoover, Alabama. We visited with both 5th and 6th graders during their P.E. and talked about hard work and about our trip to the Dominican Republic. We then did a basketball demonstration and played some shooting games with the students. I know all of our guys that went had a really great time! The Panthers Volunteer for Habitat for Humanity
This past weekend, many of our guys went out and worked at a Habitiat for Humanity site in the greater Birmingham area. They did mostly landscaping work but from the as you can tell from the pictures here, they had a great time! #panthersinthecommunity #thisispantherbasketball

The Panthers "Buddy" with Cherokee Bend Students at Special Olympics!
Last Tuesday, we had the opportunity to be "buddies" with several students from Cherokee Bend and Crestline Elementary schools in Mountain Brook at their annual Special Olympics Track & Field Meet!
